Thank you for visiting and shopping at firstisle.com. We are proud to offer worldwide shipping on all orders. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

NOTICE: Due to the Covid19 impact (International & Local) couriers have continued to experience delays in shipment transfers due to limited workforce & transportation as they prioritize the Covid19 essentials. We apologize for this delay, as this is beyond FirstIsle Store control.

Longer shipment delays are expected to occur with International orders towards: the UK, EU, Asia, Africa, Australia, New Zealand, as well as some parts of South America, Hawaii & Alaska.

 

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipment processing time

  • All orders are processed within 2-5 business days (except when back-ordered or out-of stock). Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • Orders which are already confirmed IN-TRANSIT CAN'T be CANCELLED or RE-ROUTED. Cancellation can only be done when orders are yet to be shipped & without corresponding tracking numbers.
  • We ship to most countries and we use currency conversion to show the price in your country's currency but we process all orders in USD (US Dollars). The conversion will depend upon your bank's exchange rate of USD to your LOCAL CURRENCY at the time of purchase.
  • Our products are received brand new and straight from our trusted suppliers both from the US as well as Asia.
  • We do not have rushed delivery. The "First in Line Processing" option will give your order priority ONLY on the shipping process, this DOES NOT mean overnight delivery. All Shipment & Delivery is still subject to courier's condition.
  • Different Items in a single order may be shipped separately as they may come from different suppliers.
  • FirstIsle Store partner suppliers reserves the right to use any courier service available for their products to ship depending on buyer's country, region or location. FirstIsle Store do not have control and will not be liable for any policies implemented by any local shipping carrier in Buyer's area.
  • Buyers will be responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning the items (regardless of return reason). Initial and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

 

 COURIER CONDITIONS

  • FirstIsle Store do not have control over the duration of customs inspection and gateway clearances. We also have no control over courier routes and all other processes by the courier when packages are endorsed to them. All SHIPMENTS PROGRESS and DELIVERIES are subject to courier’s condition.

 

LOCAL AREA COURIER/DISPATCHER POLICIES

  • FirstIsle Store do not have control and will not be liable for any policies implemented by any local shipping carrier in Buyer's area.
  • It is beyond FirstIsle Store's responsibilities on how Buyer's local area couriers/dispatchers handle deliveries. Once packages are forwarded to the local area carrier in the customer's country; the manner of deliveries, pick-up & package holding will be subject to their own policies & is beyond FirstIsle Store control.
  • It is Buyer’s responsibility to make sure that an individual is present to receive product deliveries attempted by the courier.
  • It is Buyer's responsibility to be available at shipping location or area should carrier contacts them for delivery or pick-up.

 

LOST or STOLEN PACKAGES

  • FirstIsle Store is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, FirstIsle Store will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY TERMS

 

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Items are processed within 2-5 Business Days upon order (excluding weekends & holidays). Unless items are on back-order or out of stock.
  • The estimated delivery count starts after the initial 2-5 Business Days processing.
  • Below are just ESTIMATED times which most customers receive the products, but is NOT A GUARANTEE of exact delivery time for all orders. Late Deliveries by courier is NOT of FirstIsle Store error.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your INITIAL tracking number(s). You may email customer service (support@thefirstisle.com) for the LAST MILE tracking number(s) once the INITIAL tracking already indicated receipt by LOCAL Couriers.

 

SHIPPING INFORMATION ACCURACY:
It is the Buyer’s responsibility to review and double-check shipping information (including Name & Address) and ensure accuracy. FirstIsle Store will not be held liable for nondelivery or returned orders due to the error in the SHIPPING ADDRESS listed by the Buyer upon order. RESHIPMENT REQUESTS for this type of case will be charged a RESHIPMENT FEE (starting at $14.40 - $33.60 USD per item, depending on the item).

 

RESHIPMENT POLICY:

RESHIPMENT FEE (starting at $14.40 - $33.60 USD per item, depending on the item) will be charged for FAILED DELIVERIES which are NOT of FirstIsle Store error. Examples are: “Insufficient Address”, “No one at location”, "No Such Number", "Moved", "Forwarded", "Location Inaccessible", "Could Not Be Delivered to Intended Recipient", and any other cases which are not of FirstIsle Store error.

 

RETURNED TO SENDER

Items which are returned to Sender due to “Insufficient Address”, “No one at location”, "No Such Number", "Moved", "Forwarded", "Location Inaccessible", "Could Not Be Delivered to Intended Recipient", etc. may be replaced provided by an updated shipping address and a RESHIPMENT FEE (starting at $14.40 - $33.60 USD per item, depending on the item), or a REFUND request can be processed (minus the restocking fee of up to $15 and initial shipment fee if applies).

 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

  • FirstIsle Store is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
  • Depending on your country, you may owe duties, taxes, customs, handling or import fees in addition to our shipping rates, which only cover the transit cost of the products. We have no control over this, as this is by your government's law.
  • If a package is returned to us due to unpaid customs, taxes or return to sender, we may refund the cost of the product (minus a restocking fee of up to $15 and initial shipment fee if applies).
